2. Products & Delivery
Digital products (e‑books, guides) are delivered as PDFs via WhatsApp after payment verification. We aim for prompt delivery but delivery time may vary. Delivery is considered complete once the PDF is sent to the WhatsApp number you provided.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed on the site. Payments may be accepted by UPI/GPay/third‑party gateways. You are responsible for payment confirmation and providing correct contact details for delivery.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In general, digital products delivered cannot be refunded after delivery unless there is a delivery failure or a valid issue confirmed by support.
5. Intellectual Property
All content is owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation
Our materials are informational and not a substitute for professional advice. We do not guarantee specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Odisha unless otherwise required by law.
