Refund Policy

Eligibility
Because our products are digital, refunds are limited. A refund may be issued only when:
- Delivery failed (we could not send the product to the provided WhatsApp number), or
- The delivered file is corrupt or materially different from the product description.
How to Request a Refund
- Email aidailygen@gmail.com with your order ID, payment reference, and a brief explanation.
- Our support team will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and investigate.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (gateway dependent).
Exceptions & Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered for accidental duplicate purchases or other edge cases at our discretion.
